How may clowns does Quebec need?

In the Québec Hebdo, they celebrate the start of a new diploma in "Arts du cirque" paid for by the taxpayer. Yay, more clowns!

It's not enough that's there is already "l'École nationale de cirque à Montréal", our matriarchal society must publicly fund rude French mimes. I know there's the Cirque du Soleil which "they" "invented", but most their employees are impure laines who train in English. I guess they can always become politicians.
