Pay up time

Today on the CBC news, a reporter interviewed Montreal mayoral candidate Louise Harel about her language skills. She said that when she gets a chance she asks to practice her English. "I don't have much chance to practice. I ask people to speak to me in English cause usually I 'ave to pay for dat!"

At least she gets points for her economic skills. Most French people will tell you they are ignoring Bill 101 for your own good because "you no speak Fwench" and you should be grateful to them.

Now pay up or shut up!
